  1. I get why decisions like this are made and how they can be beneficial but really laughing at the idea that the 2025-2026 Washington Wizards have any on-court standards besides the standard of sucking total ass nonstop all season. You’re the guy hired to suck on purpose so you don’t lose a draft pick, you are the epitome of no on-court standards. The DNP won’t mean that much when the guy issuing it isn’t a real coach on a real team.

Love people taking my comment seriously. Its called a joke y’all.

  2. Hot take: Cam Whitmore isn’t a good enough player now and isn’t a significant enough piece of the future for him getting benched to be such a big story.

  3. Thanks for the update and the clips!! I’m very interested to see how he handles it and what playing time he gets the next game vs the Cavs. It’s so early in the season I think he’ll realize he’s not going to get much more opportunity than he has here. And I think it’s easy for him and the people around him to convince him he just had some lapses and has to do better. There’s a chance he’s on some “F me? F you!”, but he already lost a shot to be on a team likely to be in the playoffs, and now he’s gotten a substantial role and the ability to show off his talents at getting steals, dunks, and highlight plays. If he exits now and goes to a 3rd team he’s going to get watched like a hawk and his room for error will be pretty small.

  4. Thanks for putting together the clips from the prior game to try and dig into what Keefe may have been referring to

  5. I was super excited for this trade. I know it’s the wizards but Whitmore so obviously doesn’t want to be there, has a terrible attitude and just fucking sucks

  6. Very very glad they’re holding this guy accountable. If we can be the ones to get him to wise up on passing and defense, we should get a good player out of it.

  7. Just sucks man the kid has all the talent in the world can probably jump higher than anyone and yet his mindset it’s like entitled and not really paying attention to anything else but some cool dunk or 3s.

  8. No one wants to play for this franchise. The front office, the player development, and coaching, all need a major overhaul.

Brian Keefe has not made any improvements with the rotation, built an identity of the team, or set a precedent for competitiveness.

They can trade and draft all the talent they want. Until they can build and define a culture of winning, they will remain in the basement of the league.

  9. Picking and choosing when to hold someone accountable is hilarious this front office and coach are a joke
