  1. Good choices but Parrish over Rodriguez is wild. I get that you could argue Pudge wasn’t here long enough, but the same could be said about Scherzer and Skubal.

  2. I can’t argue with that list. But if I did it would look like this

    C: Don Kelly
    1B: Don Kelly
    2B: Don Kelly
    3B: Don Kelly
    SS: Don Kelly
    LF: Don Kelly
    CF: Don Kelly
    RF: Don Kelly

    SP… Nate Cornejo

  3. Whitaker or Gehringer is quite difficult. Obviously I’m picking Lou because the other only exists in my mind as a glorious stat page on baseball reference.

  4. Ugh. Didn’t realize Todd Jones was the Tigers all time Saves leader. Doesn’t seem possible.

I’d put Mike Henneman on here over Valverde, who only had one really great year with the Tigers. Henneman was basically a career Tiger, except the very end, and seems more worthy of a spot.

Our bullpens just haven’t really been much to write home about over history, have they?

  5. Did Scherzer have a enough of a dominant career with the Tigers to make the list? First couple of years so so. Last few years were amazing. But would think other starting pitchers with the Tigers with a longer tenure.
