Looks like the Eagles have a new starter on Defense

One fix I personally think has happened and will happen and I’m very curious to see how it looks will be the brand new starting safety allegedly on Monday night and Marcus EPS eps who by no means is a savior but there’s a real argument his abilities in the box against the run are far greater than city brown I mean both like to fly around and hit you both are very physical but Brown is usually completely out of control that’s his main problem causing a ton of missed tackles we saw that in the bear game maybe eps getting the start can at least mitigate that and we’ll see but it at least does sound like he’s going to run with the ones he will be the starter versus Ole. He’s just a a great teammate, I think. Um, you know, getting to know him. Um, you know, he’s been been really really good really good to be around. Veteran, obviously. Um, understands the game really well and uh, you know, I’m I’m happy he’s here. He’s he’s taught me a lot. I’ve learned a lot from him. He’s he’s always been involved. Um, you know, even even when he’s been out on the sidelines during games, um, helping out Drew or helping out Sid, whoever it was that was in while he was out, um, even myself. So, um, really great communicator on the field. Um, um, uses great communication when he’s out there and, um, yeah, he’s just been been great ever since he got here. I do think Philadelphia’s defense is going to play well on Monday night. Marcus Ep, Sydney Brown, Ty Robinson, regardless because Vic Fan’s defenses this season, they’ve not had backto back really bad games. And really, the Cowboy game, it wasn’t terrible until the fourth quarter, but the Bear game was awful. They usually bounce back. They did hold the Packers and Lions to very lowcoring days. I think they’re going to be just fine.

I think Epps is an upgrade!

  5. Brown has just been horrible, the guy has the worst feet i ever seen, he gets beat in every route. Its ridiculous how good ringo and brown are on special teams. They can only comprehend, see ball get ball

  7. Marcus Epps never got the chance to grow here. He would have been great for Fangio if they would have re-signed him in 2023. Epps is clutch and a hard hitter too! 🥳🦅

  14. It’s shocking how bad tacking is on this defense and the nfl in general today. On some level it’s to be expected since no one tackles in practice but it’s still odd to look at. Cooper is the only one I ever see make a proper form tackle. Everyone else either arm tackles or wildly hurls their body’s at the ball carrier making no attempt to wrap with their arms.

  16. Dude missed more tackles than he had! Also flagged and not that great cover guy….reason he didn’t start….we need offense to show up no defense is going to be good when they have to play a ton of plays!

  19. Did anyone see the clip from ESPN, that greasy foreheaded punk dogged QB1 saying this is all his fault cuz he won't run any other plays…who is the boss, the OC play caller and Nick, they both are the reasons for the last couple losses, HURTS can only run the plays they tell him too…
