The fact that Gannon is not 100% certain to lose his job next season is literal insanity and makes this team look un-serious. Between the Dbacks straight up shopping one of the best hitters in baseball around and working on a manufactured “he is not a good fit for the team” narrative with the media and the Cardinals just being the Cardinals, not a good time to be a fan of sports teams in Arizona (Suns being good and having a brighter future than expected aside).
