I never realized that the Larsen and Vincent era was *worse* than the first 5 years of our existence. my god.
I was 10 years old during season 1. Many franchises think the struggle is their friend. We were BORN into it. Molded by it. They mearly rented the misery. One day were going to climb out of the pit. I sure hope its sooner rather than later.

Damn, that’s depressing. And somehow I still renew my tickets despite it getting harder and harder…
I did similar charts ( including noting playoff appearances and wins ) for nearly every nhl team back in 2023 and proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that since we joined the league we have been the worst team in the nhl
oh jeez
So undefeated for only 3+ years and they’re back to .500! And starting next year, they get to go 84-0 each year.
Clearly the solution is to go back to the old logo, the graph was much higher then!
Even our “good” years between 2016 and 2019 are pretty mediocre. Why do I still follow this team

Idk man, I fell in love with the sport in general while randomly watching them play once, they can do even worse and I’ll still watch every game on my computer.
The good news is that it looks like Don and Dean have stopped the bleeding. The bad news is that we don’t yet seem to be recovering. I’m in for the long haul!
