Appeals court voids ruling in Wander Franco case, orders new trial

Not this again. Need that money for Junior
Forget the total nothing chance he is ever cleared to come back to MLB. You have to imagine as a thought experiment that if he were cleared to return to the Rays today, his skillset has to be significantly diminished from being out of pro baseball for over two seasons. He’s had reported mental health issues as well – baseball is such a mental game.
Anyone still holding out any hope at this point should understand the player we once appreciated is long gone. The legal proceeding will probably continue to play out over the next year and I don’t think we’re going to get a satisfactory closure. It’s such a shame he will continue to be associated with our franchise as long as he’s getting to keep having his day in court.
