Despite team OL woes among other things, Jared Goff is solidifying himself by having another elite-caliber season thus far.

  1. Last seasons INT totals were marred by a couple bad games but 26 TD to 5 INT is much more like it

  2. Especially when you consider this team’s overarching history, we’ve been super fortunate to have watched some awesome quarterback play these last couple decades. Jared’s development is arguably the best story from this regime, and if not it’s only because there’s a lot of competition for that title.

  3. And yet, despite this, we will have to suffer countless “top 10 QB” click bait graphics that leave him out for the likes of Bo nix, Trevor Lawrence, and Shedeur Sanders.

  4. Grateful for JG!!

This fan base (like all nfl fanbases) can be so negative and blinded by what other quarterbacks are out there. As if there’s a quarterback super market where you can go shop for what ever design and style you want lol. Fact is we are lucky to have this team and have JG all still in control of their destiny midway through December. However this season shapes out I just hope people remember how hard this league is week in and week out. To have someone with those stats is fortunate and something to continue to build around

  5. Elite caliber is insane. He’s been fine at best, 13th in PFF grade, but does almost all his damage against awful defenses. His average depth of target is barely 6 yards, only above Rodgers, Gabriel, and Geno. And most importantly, he’s still bottom 5-10 statistically against pressure, showing no improvement.

  6. Jared’s thing was “he’s great as long as he has time”

Well somehow he just said fuck that I’ll be great without time hahah. I think this man enjoys being a lion. Love you Goff may the chants live forever.

  7. And we’ll still get 20 gd posts talking about how he cant run and he’s not mobile like its the most important aspect of the position

  8. He’s been under quite a bit of pressure with the O-line play, and had a weak run game at times. Really good season for Goff, all things considered.
