How did the ref standing there looking at it miss this?

Rewatch the last pass to AJ Brown that was clearly holding.
I saw this plain as day live and I’m a straight up dumbass. Refs are blind.
Refs missed a holding on the Saquon TD but otherwise were pretty bad for us. Took away a TD for holding, called another hold that was so far from the play…missed this facemask and multiple hold/pass interference, yet called that horseshit on Mitchell at the end when we could’ve put em away.
Speaking of…anyone wish AJ Brown sold the contact a bit more? I’m not talking flopping just like look at the official or throw a hand up. He no sells contact and never gets the call(except Detroit, which he also no sold)
This happens every game, the refs straight up hate the Eagles. I understand there’s missed calls, but we get fucked week after week.
The same way players & coaches do press conferences after games & have to answer for there shit…Refs should to

The officiating really wasn’t that terrible from what I remember. I mean yeah this call was bad. But there really wasn’t anything just egregious. But it wouldn’t have mattered anyways. It still just wasn’t the best night for the offense.
Why can’t this sort of thing be caught by replay assist? I understand not using it for some penalties, but a face mask penalty should be fairly cut and dry.

i was waiting for them to pan up the his face so it would be so much more obvious lol
real question though; would that 15yard have been added to the end of the return?

Yeah this was definitely a BS call. Ref was literally right behind him too.
