The Dodgers land former Minnesota Twins manager Rocco Baldelli

I didn’t talk about it yesterday. I know some fans wanted some some info on it. Rockco Baldelli, the former Twins manager. He is going to the Dodgers, a special assistant role in the front office with Andrew Freriedman, who he has ties with back from his time in Tampa Bay. So, the former Twin skipper. He found some work. It’s with the Dodgers. Quite the 180 uh curveball there for Rockco, who goes to a winning organization that is coming off back-to-back World Series runs and a lot of World Series championships, spending a lot of money. I I wonder what that’s like if you’re Rocco, if you’ve uh you’ve spent some time with Tampa Bay, who might be the most frugal organization of all time, and then you come from the Twins and the cheap pole ads and stuff. Now he’s in a special assistant front office role, which is super interesting. I’m to be honest, I’m happy for the guy. Uh I I wish him nothing but success. He was great to cover, great to work with. But I I I will I would love to know after like a year on the job there, what’s the biggest differences has Rocku observed in one year at the Dodgers compared to his entire time with Minnesota and Tampa
