The Hildebeast is tied with Jesper Wallstedt for highest save percentage (Nine Game Minimum)!

  1. Is this man eligible for the Calder…

Edit: he played 6 games in 24/25 and I think that makes him ineligible ๐Ÿ™

  2. Is it just me or has Leafs had the worst luck in net in the past 10-15 years? Like yes heโ€™s great now then something will happen. Woll is fantastic then he gets hurt, we have Stolly who was looking good and gets hurt and nothing prior to them ever equated to anything. I just want to find a goalie who plays 60 games consistently and is good

  3. I mean, to be fair…Wallstedt would still be ahead if he hadn’t been pumped by that wagon… *checks notes* …the Vancouver Canucks?!

  4. Man between Hildeby and Wallstedt, Sweden has an incredible goaltending future. They’re my sleeper pick for the 2030 Olympics

  5. Hildeby is #1 in Goals Saved Above Expected / 60, at 1.422 / game. Woll is just outside the top 10, at 0.744. Primeau is in last place at -2.248, while Stolarz is also bottom 10, at -0.453.

To be fair, the Leafs were a tire fire during the majority of Stolarz’ starts. They went like 8 games in a row out-attempted in the ballpark of 80-30.
