I hate this fanbase
Whether you like this post or not, you know you said it to yourself.
I’ve read that even the players facilities are a joke. There’s literally no reason to play for the pirates unless you have to.
This is why all this bluster from the pirates is nothing but BS. They know they’ve burned a lot of bridges and no one wants to play here. From refusing to spend money to paint the batters eye to poor technology to cutting a guy so they can cheap out on a meager bonus in baseball terms. All this, let’s sign a big name, is nothing but talk. The front office will say, see we tried cant blame us form trying. When it fact it’s just to stop some of the sell the team chants.
Those that still believe they are trying, ask yourself why now. Why give a shit after all these years why now?
