Top three Phillies ever, it’s got to be Pete Rose. Number one, you know, he he would have hit a grounder right to the first baseman and ran like his life depended on it to that bag. You know, he did not care one bit. Number two, Mike Schmidt. You got to give it to the guy. As a rookie, he was terrible all season. He just hit ball, hit ball, hit ball. Became an absolute legend. And then number three, he’s got to be Bryce Harper. You know, this guy’s ran into walls, busted his face, fallen into dugouts. He just does not care. All three of them do whatever it takes for the win. That’s why you got to love these guys.
What really makes a great Philly player is the amount of effort. Fans need to see you working hard. One and off the field.
