See the dream line-up, which includes a combined SEVEN players from Arsenal, Brentford and Man City

Three sides – Arsenal, Brentford and Manchester City – supply a combined seven of the best team for Gameweek 16 in Fantasy Premier League.

There’s a triple-up on Arsenal for their home match against Wolverhampton Wanderers, with defender Piero Hincapie (£5.4m) joined by midfield duo Bukayo Saka (£10.2m) and Declan Rice (£7.1m).

Brentford and Man City, meanwhile, both supply a midfielder and a forward for their encounters with Leeds United and Crystal Palace respectively.

Bees pair Dango Ouattara (£6.0m) and Igor Thiago (£7.0m) join Erling Haaland (£15.0m) and his in-form team-mate Phil Foden (£8.6m).

Saka’s very favourable match-up earns him the captain’s armband, with Haaland demoted to vice-captain for this round of fixtures.

Emiliano Martinez (Aston Villa) £5.1m

After a slow start to 2025/26 Fantasy, the Aston Villa goalkeeper has stepped up his output by amassing 37 of his 54 points across his last six matches. Villa visit a West Ham United side whose total of eight big chances – situations where a player is expected to score – is the fewest in the league in home matches this season.

Piero Hincapie (Arsenal) £5.4m

Owned by a mere 0.8 per cent of managers, the Ecuadorian looks set for a fifth successive start due to a host of injuries in Arsenal’s defence. Hincapie has collected two points for his defensive contributions in each of the last two Gameweeks and looks very likely to keep a clean sheet against a Wolves side with a single away goal this season.

Trevoh Chalobah (Chelsea) £5.3m

A home match against Everton gives the Chelsea centre-back the chance to continue his outstanding breakout campaign in Fantasy. Chalobah is the third top-scoring defender this season on 82 points, with three goals, an assist and seven clean sheets highlighting his impact at both ends of the pitch.

Joachim Andersen (Fulham) £4.6m

The Fulham centre-back’s four per cent owners will be hoping history repeats itself when the Cottagers visit Burnley this weekend. Andersen has produced his season-high total of 10 points in each of his meetings with promoted clubs, combing a clean sheet with two defensive contribution points and two bonus points against Leeds and Sunderland in Gameweeks 4 and 12 respectively.

Bukayo Saka (Arsenal) £10.2m

After being rested from Arsenal’s starting line-up in Europe in midweek, the winger now seems very likely to start against a Wolves side who have conceded a league-high 33 goals in 2025/26. Since Rob Edwards took charge in Gameweek 12, Wolves have allowed their opponents 25 shots from set-pieces, the most in the league. Saka’s big share of corner-kick duties further adds to his points potential and helps him temporarily wrestle the armband from Haaland this Gameweek.

Bruno Fernandes (Man Utd) £9.1m

His potential for huge returns have taken Manchester United‘s Portuguese star to the top of the midfielder standings on 85 points. Fernandes has delivered his two best scores of the season – 11 and 18 points – over the last three Gameweeks and faces an AFC Bournemouth side who have conceded 19 goals in away matches, second only to the 23 of Burnley.

Phil Foden (Man City) £8.6m

The Man City midfielder has now earned over one million transfers in for the second successive Gameweek due to his red-hot form. Foden has amassed 44 of his 77 points for the season across the last three Gameweeks alone, scoring five goals and supplying an assist across those encounters with Leeds, Fulham and Sunderland.

Declan Rice (Arsenal) £7.1m

The midfielder is expected to return to Arsenal’s line-up this weekend after missing their 3-0 win over Club Brugge in the UEFA Champions League on Wednesday evening. While Rice’s set-piece duties will also be a major weapon against Wolves, his all-round style of play has made him one of the most consistent players in 2025/26 Fantasy, with just four blanks over his 14 starts.

Dango Ouattara (Brentford) £6.0m

Ouattara is expected to depart for the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) with Burkina Faso after Brentford’s match against Leeds, which makes him a great one-Gameweek option. The midfielder has produced a double-figure haul in three of his five starts at the Gtech Community Stadium in 2025/26 Fantasy, totalling 36 points in those matches against Aston Villa, Liverpool and Burnley.

Erling Haaland (Man City) £15.0m

There’s no doubt he’s disappointed Fantasy managers recently, with blanks at home to Leeds and Sunderland over the last three Gameweeks alone. Clearly, a visit to Palace is a far tougher task than Arsenal’s fixture versus Wolves, and while that is enough to reconsider your armband decision, you only have to look at Haaland’s last away match – a 14-point return against Fulham in between those contests with the two promoted clubs – to be reminded of what he can do.

Igor Thiago (Brentford) £7.0m

Having scored two goals and earned 13 points in three of Brentford’s last five home matches, the Brazilian is a very valid armband pick. Thiago faces a Leeds side who have struggled in defence on the road – in away matches, they are without a clean sheet and have conceded 18 goals, the third-most in the league.
