I did this Jarry illustration waaay back when he scored his goal. Since then it's been a rollercoaster for sure, but I still wish him the best. Glad he got his chance of redemption!

  1. “Contract this” “contract that”—this organization tossed him in WB and wrote him off. He battled back and stole games for us this year; we wouldn’t have started hot without him. I hope he wins cups with his hometown team.

  2. I was enjoying the redemption, and the edge he brought to the crease.  I don’t think this helps the Pens near or long term and will not be joining the majority of the sub in doing backflips over this trade.

  4. Last year I told my fiancee that I’ll support whichever team he goes to as my second team. One of the exceptions was Edmonton.

  5. I guess good luck and all but honestly…fucking good riddance. He’s the single biggest reason we were robbed of seeing the big 3 play any meaningful hockey in their twilight years.

  7. Hate it from the human aspect was probably good friends with a lot of players and staff and most likely a good dude but both sides needed a fresh start

  9. Looks like I’ll just follow him on over to my western conference team. Lots of success with the oilers and I hope him and dross ital and McDavid bring one home.
