Jim Harbaugh On Preparation For Chiefs | LA Chargers
Bob, you expected to start at great tackle? Yeah. Yes. How did you feel like he uh he played on one minute? Uh thought he played good. Quarted himself well. It’s good to have him back. When it comes to Darius, we saw him in a boot in the locker room. What’s his status going up beyond this week? What was the uh what was the reporter status on Darius? Yeah. Out. Yeah. the uh earlier practice schedule this week. Any um reason for the changes? Yeah. Um we uh checked into some sleep study, checked with the experts and um that was that was uh one of the recommendations. sleep dur during this week basically or yeah playing the the yeah to build the um the schedule to where we were getting up earlier practicing earlier in preparation in preparation for the game Sunday who’s in charge of timing and all that this Marco reached out to uh uh sleep experts at UCLA were you looking for some sort of adjustment based on how the games have gone early early windows this year. Yeah, we’re always looking for a suggestion that that’ll help us. We thought that was a good one. How are you guys preparing for the uh the weather? It’s supposed to be pretty cold here. Yeah. Um the um personally feel a little bit like an expert uh when it comes to playing in cold weather, which is uh you’re young, you know, your body’s pumping warm hot blood, especially um you know, when you’re moving around, get your feet moving, keep moving, and um and then when you come to the sideline, we’ll have uh you know, heated benches, those kind of things. But uh you know just um it’s been my experience that your body’s like a human hot tub you know and uh it it it keeps you warm and the more you move around the better. Do you like playing cold every game when you did? Yeah. Yeah. Um I sure didn’t mind it. I mean when it when it dipped below 30 uh 31 32 especially then I knew there wouldn’t be any rain. Uh, and I much prefer that than a 35 degree with rain, you know, or 33 degrees and rain. Uh, so always uh, one of the things as a quarterback I used to check, you know. What’s the what’s the coldest game you either played in or coached in? Um, Chicago Bears versus San Francisco 49ers. NFC Championship game. I believe it was 50 below windchill 50. I think 50. You can go ahead and check that. You can go ahead and check check the record of it. That’s what everybody was. That’s what That’s what everybody was saying. That’s what everybody was saying. Windchill factor. I mean, you guys, you guys from California, you don’t know anything about windshield factor. Chicago’s the windy city, Chris. The windy city. The windy city of Chicago. It got pretty cold. That’s the one I remember as being the coldest. I uh I didn’t play in the game, but I was I was a a backup in the game. Didn’t get in. Huh? That would have made it worse. What’s that? Being a backup. You didn’t get to run around. You were just standing. Yeah, that’s that’s true. That is true. And uh I just I wasn’t one of those guys that would go be a backup and hover around the the heater uh as well. So, you have headset on or No, I didn’t have a headset. is I always have my helmet always have my helmet ready to go. How about that? Coaching coaching wise um been uh uh playoff game 49ers versus Packers at the Packers at Lambo at Lambo somewhere in the uh negative 10 five played was uh in Kansas City zero uh also a playoff game. Mhm. When I was playing with the Colts in 95. Kind of an expert. I feel I feel like a little bit about it. And And you know, the bottom line is it’s like it’s um you’re young, pumping warm, hot blood, you know, get the moving, get the feet uh get the feet moving, keep them moving. Something my dad used to tell us when we were we were little. He tell us to get out of the house. Uh, you you you get out of the house. Dad, it’s cold out there. Get your feet moving and keep them moving. Then you’d hear the door lock. So, get out there and get going. Arbor. Uh, it was mostly November games, you know, so it didn’t Yeah, January uh was more the when those coldest ones happened. Do you do you have any any comment on Jerome’s fire? Um, still processing that that uh heard heard that uh Chad Jessup told me, one of our equipment guys when we were coming off the field on Thursday. Um, so it uh still processing that like a lot of people I’m sure. Justin had said uh that he was dealing with some swelling after the game. How’s he been doing the over the course of the last few days the practice? Uh, you know, says uh he’s he’s um he’s a man of few words when it comes to when it comes to that, you know, how you’re feeling. And and I respect that. I respect that in people, you know, that means they’re uh you know, they’re busy doing things. They’re doers. And um so uh I I I don’t know exactly

Insane refresh pull
Sherrone Moore was gifted a 30mil dream job by Harbaugh & this is how he repays the favor. Sad
There was a picture of Philip Rivers walking out of facility with a Colts uniform on and he had a walker and it said 44 years old. Listen the guy is a goofball. I know that's going to upset a lot of people. But this is probably why the Chargers couldn't ever win a super bowl with the guy. Like the old saying goes looks or what you're seeing sometimes is not always the truth. Now i don't know why the Chiefs are favored by -5.5? I'd be in that meeting room ripping some f*king ass right now saying look it you all better show up and win on Sunday. That spread makes me angry I'm mad now.
PLEASE Get proper mics for these media sessions. I can't hear the damn questions asked and the audio quality is atrocious
Cant wait to watch Phillip Rivers play this weekend and potentially see the Chargers knock out the chiefs from playoffs in a sweep!

Hopefully QJ shows up and doesn't drop any passes. Every target and opportunity matters for this team.
Very interesting that they're actually trying to do something new to improve the 10 AM kickoff performance of the team. I hope it works!
