A conditioning stint!? So you’re telling me hot Jack is gonna get hotter???
I have to wonder if Douglas is going to be sent down in favor of Sabourin at some point. The intimidation factor is there with him but Sabourin is producing more physicality, points, and keeps destroying whomever he fights. I also thought Sabourin had excellent chemistry with Finley too.
I think he has played well while in the lineup. Hopefully, this will get him in game shape, and he can have a more consistent presence in the lineup.
Ah, he’ll be back eventually
Finley, Douglas, Sabourin and Goncalves are wasting space at the current time. None of them get a lot of minutes and don’t do much. It’s like they are trying to recreate Pat Maroon and Corey Perry. Is James the next failed young forward. Our young defensemen are doing well. Give young forwards a chance to play offense. I hear we need physical presence against the Panthers but note that their physical presence comes from top players.
Meanwhile Pelletier has 29 points, 13G and 16A and Geekie has 22 points, 6G and 16A, in 20 games. They are +12 and +7 respectively. How about the two of them with Nick Paul or Gourde or Bjorkstrand.
I was an inflamed hemorrhoid until I saw “conditioning stint”.

It’s on a conditioning stint, which is how they avoided waivers
