Are they going to be like a mediocre team that’s going to possibly make the playin, or is this going to be a team that rallies around their talent, figures it out, and ends up being a damn good team in the East? Well, they ended up being a damn good team in the East. They’re 15-7. They’re the second seed in the Easter Conference right now. They’re eight and two in their last 10. Scotty Barnes is having a season, man. averaging 20 points a game, eight rebounds, five assists on 51% shooting, 41% from downtown, averaging a steal and a block a game. Barnes is him this year. This is why they drafted him, man, for that upside. He struggled last year. Good to see him play more like he did his rookie year this season. Emanuel Quickley having a bounceback season. Uh he’s having a great year, averaging 16 points a game, six assists on 46% shooting. Damn near 40% shooting from downtown. Brennan Ingram, he’s having some of the best basketball uh that we’ve seen from him in a while. I mean, averaging 21 points a game, six assists, almost four I mean almost six rebounds, four assists a game. How about that? Brandon Ingram gets away from the New Orleans Pelicans and plays like he did when he used to to begin his career. How about that? Good to see him healthy this season because that was the big thing about Toronto that in last season BI wasn’t healthy when they traded for him. Mary BS um call him Murray Bose the rookie. I like the way he’s been playing. I was watching that last game against Portland. That was a damn good game between Toronto and Portland. But um yeah, pretty damn good squad, man. Jamal Shed, I like this guy a lot, too. uh their guard who comes off the bench, good defensive guy, had a career-high steals in that game against Portland. He had like five steals and a half. So, this is a team that just everyone comes out and hustles. The one person that’s not playing as great this year is Grady Dick. He’s down like almost seven points in his average from last season.
