Go through a day in the life with first-round pick Mitch Voit!
Hey fans, it’s Mitch Voit. Come follow me through a day in my life. Once I get to the ballpark, I start my day with some breakfast and we have nutrition meeting. Every day I start my day with some activation just to get my body loose and moving. Then I head to the cages to go through my routine, some batting practice. As I take my swings, I check the Trackman just to make sure what I’m feeling is matching up with what’s on the video. After BP, we go outside and get warmed up for speed and agility. Here I am doing 5 yard sprints before we head into our weighted sprints for the day. Once that’s over, I head back to the gym where we do an upper body lift.

No one gives a fuck anymore. I can actually agree now and say METS MY ENTIRE TEAM SUCKS. It truly does in every way. Bullpen sucks, rotation is literally a bunch of garbage besides McLean and he’s a rookie, lineup is also garbage. Hope everyone is ready to see McNeil play first base.
Hope Stearns lets those young dawgs play
i loke a the metS
