Dreaming about the Braves trading for Corey Seager and what it would cost

Seager is cool and all, but Waldrup and AJSS need to stay put
Seager would bring Braves another world championship. All for making a move for him.
I would rather take that 31,250,000 per year and give it to Acuna with a 4 year extension. If you went ahead and bumped his contract from 2026 to 2028 that is currently 17 million to say 25-30 million he would be willing to take less on the extra years added I believe.
I’ve been seeing a lot of smoke today around the possibility of Seager coming to ATL… I would not include any of the upcoming young arms in the deal, if it happened — especially Waldrep and AJSS. That being said, the Braves have gone long enough w/o a legit shortstop who can bring it offensively. Since Dansby.
He doesn’t wanna play for ATL.
Dream all you want Texas already said multiple times they aren’t trading Seager to Boston Atlanta or anyone else
The circlejerking hypothetical trade scenarios is more of an NBA thing.
Nope. Too much on that contract. Love him as a player, but that contract stinks to high heaven.
I’d rather pay HS Kim market value and use the extra money on extending Acuna.
Get HS Kim and Brad Keller and call it an off-season.
Rangers are not giving Corey Seager to us unless we include guys like Drake Baldwin and Spencer Schwellenbach.
No, Hurston Waldrep, Bryce Elder, and Nacho Alvarez wont get it done lol
Would the Rangers really want that much for deGrom? He’s an old injury prone pitcher making a ton of money. He’s still so nasty I’d like them have him though.
