scoreless in overtime. What do you think about what they did in the last 5 minutes? Yeah, I love the competitive response by the group. Um coming off a last game where we felt like um our most important guy, our guy on the ball um didn’t take enough individual pride and then we didn’t have enough collective shift activity behind it. And I thought the guys uh they responded um from the first quarter to the end of overtime to have a a scoreless shutout in overtime with Garland on the court and with Mitchell on the court and Hunter and all those guys uh that usually just do a such a great job of creating. Um, I loved it and I thought it, you know, it was Seion, it was Brandon, it was Miles, it was Khan. Uh, you can go down the whole roster. Uh, because a lot of a lot of moments they all stepped up at different times. There were some breakdowns in the fourth quarter. What do you think about the way that they regained their composure the last few seconds of regulation and then of course in overtime? Yeah, it was a huge growth moment for us. uh to your point of responding. Uh we felt like we gave up too many like offensive rebounds, especially as they kind of got back into the game and then I thought we had multiple people hitting and and crashing and and trying to come up with every 50/50 ball and defensive rebound we could. And to see Brandon with 13 rebounds just shows like he can give it to us on both ends. He’s an offensive threat. Uh but he can be an elite two-way player. Um and it becomes contagious when you see one of our best players doing that. the locker room. I I heard when you walked in there and I heard the joy from all of the players. So, what did you share with them? What did you say to them? Take us inside that moment. Yeah, I just told them I I love the competitive response that we had as a group. Um the the the ability for everybody to be ready for their opportunity. Um you know, even Musa like didn’t play a ton in the first half, but then at the end of the game, we rode him pretty hard and we we switched a lot. And so, just everyone’s open-mindedness and everyone chipped in. And so, um, you you get happy when you know how much like effort they put into a game.
