Am I stupid for rolling my eyes at this, this isn’t very inspiring tbh. Idk maybe this is one of those tests of you see what you want to see.
Young guys need to do more with limited minutes – unfortunately, those guys are doing less and have been inconsistent with their good ones. It reminds me of one of my favorite quotes. “Golf is an easy game, all you have to do is consistently hit 2 good shots in a row.”
Dane has been particularly hung up on the “what is a guy supposed to do with 8 minutes” and I kind of like Finch’s answer here, go out there and try to crush it.
Finch benched TJ the game he didn’t miss a shot. Nice try Finchy nobody believes you until you sit Mike.
Except they usually always look much better when they are given more than 10 minutes. It almost comes off as I’m forced to play them 10 minutes so that’s what they get. If Tim would let me play 8 again then that’s what I’d do.
Does Conley crush his 15 minutes every night?

Dane is a great reporter and he works hard to bring a lot of content to fans, but his basketball opinions and takes can be pretty dumb
Fair enough response. The obvious rebuttal is that Mike Conley should be the odd man out, but Finch is loyal to Mike perhaps to a fault. I like how Rob has been playing minus the poor shooting.
