This was recorded a year ago and unfortunately a lot of the things they bring up are pretty relevant. Including Dean being extremely system oriented, focusing on developing a slower grinding game, using vets even if they aren't the best fit and a number of other issues this sub has noticed. Definitely worth a listen.
