I knew it felt like a quick game, confirmed when I saw that every other game at 1pm still had almost a full quarter left.
Eagles-Raiders lasted 2 hours and 33 minutes making it the second fastest game in NFL history, only behind Colts-Chargers in 1996.

You finish your dinner faster when you don’t play with your food
We are now 1-0 with Joe byron in attendance, petition to glue him to Kevin patullo so we never lose. All hail former president Joe byron
Didn’t even have time to put the rubber on…just rawdogged it.
I was stunned how fast this game went. I turned over to the Jags-Jets when it ended and they had just started the 4th Quarter lol.
I noticed the 2 minute warning went with the clock barely stopping.
Games used to end around 345? 3.5 hour games is relatively new imo.
Idc that “it’s just the raiders”. They’re a football team and still have skilled players on both sides of the team. Yes they’re still figuring out their identity but they’re still nfl players and to go out there and shut them down to not even a point is impressive. This was the win Philly needed to hopefully shift the narrative here. PS: this raiders team beat the patriots who are a top afc team so…
So that’s why they went to commercial at 1:55 left in the 4th
That can’t be right for all of NFL history, maybe in the Super Bowl era.
That’s quicker than most baseball games!
Do you know how pissed I was gonna be if the Raiders got their third win of the season on Sunday?
The Raiders/Eagles game [actually lasted 2:31](https://static.www.nfl.com/image/upload/v1765745057/gamecenter/f8b98622-311e-11f0-b670-ae1250fadad1.pdf). (See the bottom right corner on the first page in the link.)
I attended the game with a friend who is an Eagles season ticket holder, and even at the end of the 1st quarter he noted the game was moving quickly. It sped up from there.
I was wondering about this. I didn’t get to watch because of work so I was checking scores on my breaks. Went on my last break at 3:30ish thinking they’d be in the fourth, but it was already over
Game finished and I watched Mahomes go down and the chefs get knocked out of the playoffs
I really didn’t even watch much of the 2nd half. I had it on and was doing chores around the house. Next thing I knew, it was over.
This game didn’t even feel real.
Let’s break the record next week!!!
I knew it felt short. Hell they mostly bullied them with the run game so it’s not all that surprising. There were a lot of sacks. Few incompletions by hurts. Eagles definitely controlled the clock
Maybe they just didn’t have enough commercials to interrupt with?
Anyway it was so much better than the usual 3:10 nfl slog. So sick of the league squeezing every last drop of revenue
