I liked what you said about Hellebuyck basically removing a goal per game from the other team, but I think it’s also worth noting that over his 11 starts, Comrie was pretty much giving the other team a goal every game outside of two outlier starts.
That’s likely a 2 goal per game swing going from Comrie to Hellebuyck. I don’t think anyone would be freaking out over the results from the last three weeks if we had an extra 4-6 points in the standings
So you’re saying don’t get my hopes up because our only positive category is a finishing rate that looks unsustainable…. Luckily for my psyche, I’m going to assume the xgf model fails to account for Lord Hellebuyck’s godlike wizardry powers of influence over the rest of the team.
