(Credit to CBS Sports for the picture) I know the two teams aren’t really comparable but we’ve done this before, we then made the Super Bowl that year. Our defense needs to tighten up and same with our kickoff team but like Diggs said, we can learn from this and plug the holes when playoffs come around and it really matters.

That 2011 game was so frustrating Brady threw 4 picks that game after throwing just 4 the whole 2010 season
We have a good team but unfortunately the bills have the best player on the planet right now which was not the case in 2011. Biggest takeaway is You have to play a complete game for 60 minutes to beat him because if he takes over the game you are in trouble.

The team never gave up even though the Bills were seemingly running through them and we couldn’t catch the ball. If the team keeps fighting like they did, when Spillane and Williams are back, the defense will be more stout. The lack of separation between the receivers makes me wonder if the Pats don’t have enough talent in the receiving core but then you have the running game. I am not sure the game falls the same way if they played again. That said, we are likely at least a year away from a very good defense that can cover and put pressure on the QB.
