Pacheco and Hunt should not get a single carry the rest of the season. Time to see what Brashard Smith and Pierce can do.
Worthy, Thornton, Trey Smith, Jones, McDuffie, and anyone dealing with injury of any sort should not play.
Royals should be getting a ton of snaps, Bassa should be getting a ton of snaps, Nohl Williams should be getting a ton of snaps.
Only vet who should get all the snaps they want is Kelce, if it’s his last year.
Preseason part 2 incoming?
I’m interested to see how Andy Reid treats the last 3 weeks of the regular season. We haven’t seen him in this position since 2014 and never with this bad of a record. I don’t think he will tank but I do think after the Mahomes injury he will essentially treat the last 3 weeks as preseason. Or like the Raiders game. Limit the amount of time starters play, give backup/3rd string players lots of time on the field. See what you’ve got for next season from a roster standpoint. As a bonus they might get a Top 10 pick.
Is David Bailey a DE or a LB? I’ve heard conflicting reports.
Just treat it like preseason. If we lose then great, we just move up in the draft.
