My jersey is missing the sleeve patch. Is this a real jersey?

It’s probably a replica, albeit old at this point, but most replicas don’t include patches.
The tagging suggests this is a Russell authentic which should have a sleeve patch. Not sure why it’s missing. Can’t see anything that would indicate a fake. Maybe post this on r/baseballunis as they might have more info
I don’t know if it’s real, but I saved up my money as a kid and bought that same jersey for my dad as a Christmas present. 35 years later, I inherited it back from him.
