The Texas Rangers added Brandon Nimmo and Danny Jansen to a lineup that struggled mightily the last two seasons. Texas moved on from 2023 All-Stars Marcus Semien, Adolis Garcia and Jonah Heim after two rough years at the plate for that trio.

  1. imho lot comes down to Pederson and Burger. Their lack of performance was a big reason why ownership didn't want to ante up again this year imho and I sure as heck don't blame them. Both of these guys came in shape consistent with a beer league softball player. Show some commitment to conditioning and earn your pay. Pardon the vent.
