I don't know if anyone else is curious or has posted about it but I ordered a Seider centennial jersey before it was announced that he was an alternate captain so my jersey doesn't have the A on it. I went to the game tonight and asked an associate at the team shop if they could do an alteration to add it. They just handed me a patch – no questions asked, totally for free – and pointed me to their manager. The manager said it can be heat-pressed on but if I wanted it stitched they would recommend heat-pressing it in place, then requesting a tailor to stitch it on because they've heard that some tailors are not placing them in the right spot.

Boring post, I know, but I thought it might be useful to someone.

  1. Perfect! Been waiting on an update for these patches, will grab mine the next game I attend! Thank you

  2. Well thats a shame. I had to buy mine online for $10. I even asked if they had A patches early in the season and didn’t do this.

    Glad they hooked you up!

  3. Vintage Detroit will do it for 10 bucks. Its where I will be sending mine to have it done correctly. They are out of Plymouth.
