Naji Marshall interrupts Cooper Flagg’s post-game interview after Pistons-Mavs | NBA on ESPN

just a second after his 23 points and 10 rebounds tonight. There you go. Listen, >> Coop, you guys just came off a loss in overtime. Y’all were so disappointed. You come out and seem like you’re the more aggressive team tonight in overtime. What did you guys do differently? >> Yeah, I mean we we stuck to our game plan from from the jump ball and, you know, they’re a great team. Uh they had a lot of really good players, but you know, we stuck with it. We competed. >> You know, we had a lead. They came back, but you know, we just stayed consistent and kept hind. We joked on the broadcast, no blood, no fouls. That was about as physical as it gets. What was it like out there? >> Yeah. Uh, you pretty much summed it up right there. Um, you know, and that’s how we wanted to be. You know, we don’t want the rest of signing games. So, I thought I did a good job. But, um, you know, come down the stretch, you just got to get to your spots and make shots. >> As you play more and more of these close games, what are you learning about yourself? >> I mean, I’m learning a lot. You know, you got to be confident in these moments and and you learn a lot about your team and what you’re made of. >> 14 blocks for this defense tonight. What you can say about that side of the floor? >> You said what? >> 14 blocks on defense. >> Yeah, I mean that’s just having each other’s backs, you know, individual defense, but more importantly just having each other’s backs. 1. As a pistons fan Terrible reffing the mavs prolly deserved the win but still bad on both sides, I was excited to watch a good game but ejections and bad calls kinda ruined it
