  18. That’s an amazing take and I agree! Putting players in the best position to succeed is the most important part. This is why Mike Tomlin has had so many winning seasons. Matt Burke learned a lot from Demeco before taking over play calling. It’s going to be hard to keep him as just a DC in a few years.
