There really hasn’t been one time through this Kyle Tucker free agency where I felt like the Cubs were serious about signing him. But something could change with a report that came out from Jeff Pass. Is he okay deferring his contract? And would the Cubs consider that? They didn’t with Shoi Otani.

Nope, he’s not coming back and I am ok with that in addition nobody wants him for that kind of money he’s asking and let’s not forget that most teams aren’t willing to sign him for the years he’s asking.
Right, Cubs pry thought 400mil or more and wouldn't do that. If it's 280, something like that. And Cubs are in on SP Imai willing to go up to 250, would they do the same for Tucker.
