  1. I have a Matt Strahm story. Matt pitched at Neosho Count Junior College in Chanute Kansas. My brother lived there and followed his career. Through a mutual friend of Matt's and my brother, while my brother was dying in a hospital in Wichita, Matt Strahm overnited him a Phillies cap, signed baseball and a nice note thanking my brother for his support of Matt's career. My brother died a few hours before the delivery got there, but Matt had texted photos of the note and items for my brother to see. I was able to show them to my brother a few hours before he passed, and my brother smiled. It was the really the last moment I had with my brother. Thank you Matt Strahm. The hospital was able to get the items to me and I will always be grateful for that.
