[Nate Taylor] Travis Kelce on his future: “I’d rather keep the focus on this team, right now. All the conversations I have with the team moving forward will be with them. It’s a unique time in my life. I’ve got three games left & I know when the season ends.”

  1. I will forever be mad that Andy wasted the last two years of his incredible career.

You all can gatekeep fandom all you want, I was also around for 2-14 seasons, I’ve frozen my ass off at Arrowhead in December in years the playoffs werent even in the realm of possibility. It’s okay to acknowledge that Andy is totally washed and refuses to change with modern football.

Blame Nagy all you want but don’t be surprised if Nagy and Embree are fired and the offense is still as stale and inefficient as it’s been the last few years

  2. Crazy how he’s putting up top 5 TE stats at his age. He can definitely comeback next season and be a factor, I don’t think he wants to tho

  3. The only thing I see bringing Kelce back for one more season is if he isn’t ready to leave that Mahomes connection with the way things went down to the season. They’ve got a pretty strong brotherhood, and I can see him playing one more with Pat as a swan song. I can also see him retiring and putting his focus on his new wife and life with her. Time will tell. Gonna miss the big guy, that’s for sure.

  4. I’m over it. Just go be in Hollywood with Swift and do your podcast . Thx for your contributions to the team throughout the years. ✌️

  5. I still have 2 years left on a Kelce personalized license plate. Would love to see him back with Mahomes once 15 has recovered and take a final bow as a power couple (no, not TayTay). I’ll keep the license plate regardless of what he does, though.

  6. 1000 yard season still on the table as a 36 year old TE is insane.

Thanks for the entertainment. I can’t wait to hear what he really wants to say after he retires 🤣

  7. The thing that I appreciate the most about Travis is how much he raised his level in the playoffs. It’s like he and Mahomes had another gear ready to go that other players just didn’t. When it was go time, he never missed on the playoffs.

For me,, that playoff run in 2023 was insane from Travis. A 34 year old taking over against the Ravens and Kyle Hamilton like that. Kyle Hamilton didn’t allow a TD to a tight end all season until Travis did it. That insane catch after Mahomes run around for like 5 seconds trying to find someone open….. And then taking over on the 2nd half against the 49ers.

Let’s help him pass Witten on the all time list, Andy. 100 yards left. We owe him that much.

  8. I honestly hate that high-profile celebrities and athletes like Travis Kelce feel like they have to carefully police every word they say instead of just being themselves, simply because people like to overanalyze every little thing they say or do, including word choices, vocal tone, body language, etc.

  9. I don’t think he’s done. Still playing at an elite level and this season isn’t how you want to go out.

  10. If I was him I would probably hang it up. It’s probably going to be 2-3 years before this team is a serious contender again. I hope I eat my words but I don’t think they bounce back immediately.

  11. So is he playing or just going to be support on sideline… I seriously wouldn’t mind him just being on sideline and coaching, then if he does stop playing maybe opening the door to be TE or even WR coach

  12. I’m not ready for a dogshit Christmas night game getting thrown passes by Gardner minshew to be his last game at arrowhead

  13. Regardless of what the bandwagon fans say, and regardless of the drops in the crucial moments, the sad part is that he is still the most reliable receiver on this team

  14. My friends and I have had an inside joke for years that instead of retiring he’d go play as QB for the browns but with their QB room this year he might actually have a shot lmao
