Happy Friday everybody. Hope everyone’s having a good day. But we have some Yankees news that I want to discuss. Some frustrating news. This has been a frustrating off season. Really, they haven’t done anything except for bring back a couple of the players from last year. But the reports were the Yankees were favorites or one of the favorites to land Tasuya Imi and it was between the Yankees and Cubs. That’s the That’s the reports. That’s what we’ve been seeing. Well, it just came out today, reported by Chris Kersner and a couple of other beat riders, the Yankees haven’t even met with Tatsuya. And Aaron Boon says, “We don’t know if we even are in the first place. So, you’re not you’re not even going to get dinner with the guy. You’re not even going to get a meeting going with Tatsuya. Am I? How can this happen? What is going on? Are we living in a fairy tale land where the Yankees aren’t spending any money? They want to stay pat while the entire division, the AL East, is getting better each and every single day. Everybody in that division, Rays, Orioles, Blue Jays, Red Sox, everyone is making moves. The Orioles just just traded for Shane Bos. What are the Yankees doing? Brian Cashman, it must be nice. I know it’s still early. I know there’s moves to be made. I know everyone’s waiting on Cody Bellinger. I get that, man. But to sit here and see the reports that the Yankees aren’t even having a meeting plan planned for Tasuya, I it just it really ticks me off. What are your thoughts everybody?   36. It shows you the state of the franchise. this franchise is penny pinching dollars watch them lose the division. this is not even a playoff team if others are getting better.
