Almost like the Royals shouldnt have tied themsleves to this dying horse again and again.
Good. Force the MLB and teams to find a better way of distributing games. I’ve watched less and less sports because of access.

Tv revenue has been a disaster since the bullshit with Fox sports happened. The new CBA can’t happen soon enough. It’s absolutely horseshit that most of the other leagues share all tv revenue and we don’t have the same in mlb.
We have to take the scraps left by Ballys and now FanDuel, meanwhile the fucking Yankees and Dodgers are making $100-200m a year just from TV. Plus they cheat and bypass revenue sharing by also owning the TV network. Having nearly a $100m advantage to spend on payroll before a single game or ticket has been sold is ludicrous for competitive balance.
I’m thinking the next CBA they have to up the media sharing from 48%. It’d make sense if they up this number a lot more to provide more rev share for a salary floor.

I would like a better way to watch the Royals but Euro Leage Basketball moving to Fan Duel has wrecked my Friday afternoons.
