Tonight is Crosby’s 1387th game.
Had to get the number 87 involved somehow
I missed it. Verizon wouldn’t sign me into SNP360 and I missed it. Happy for Sid but I’m fuming rn.
It’s been mostly not fun watching this team the last few years.
But this is a reminder how spoiled we are as Penguins fans.

I feel so unbelievably lucky to have grown up watching lemieux’s final years and transitioning right into the start of Crosby’s legacy.
It took Crosby 1386 games to reach this number. It took Mario 915.
To put in perspective, that’s 471 more games, or 5.5 more seasons lol. If Mario played in 1386 games, and kept up his pace, he would have 2605 points. So crazy how dominate he was.
I don’t care what anyone says, I still think the Pens made the right call drafting him over Bobby Ryan
What a shitty time to do it, long losing streak and they might even lose tonight!
Wish we could watch him play for a playoff quality squad again, but I think that window is shut.
This is how I find out. My first thought was “We were shut out by Montreal last night.” Then I remembered it was a back to back.
Sid, those 20 years flew by. Well done, sir.
Out with a bad back from carrying an entire franchise.
