  5. YES! I think this is a much better fit than Alonso. If he can catch occasionally to spell Narvaez and give Casas some reps that would be a fucking dream.

  24. Surprised the Mets didn’t make this trade, but it makes sense – the Red Sox had basically no pop after Anthony went down. It does make me wonder what the internal org feelings are on Casas and what the expectations are for him coming back from his unfortunate ACL injury, because they’re not gonna platoon them most likely – unless Casas IS part of the return.
