San Francisco 49ers vs Indianapolis Colts Best Picks & Predictions!

Monday Night Football. The San Francisco 49ers are on the road in Indianapolis to take on the Colts. The ending of week 16, Monday night, let’s end strong. As always, my name is Austin. Thank you as always for spending some time with me. As always, we begin recapping how we did on Sunday and technically Saturday. Pretty solid weekend for us. Nothing too crazy. Uh but we did make up about 1.67 units. We’ll take that. Both of our VIP plays hit. So again, those things are red. I think what I say 14 and four just on our VIP props to a couple every week. Rest of the regular plays pretty much all did well except for Jir Gibbs was our one like flop of the week. Like he did he what do you have two four rushing yards something like that. Had a bunch in the air but not a lot going there. Lost our parlays man. The parlays we cannot get going. But hey, this is kind of a a little uh tip. Hard to make money only doing parlays especially in the NFL. But hey, the straight bets have been cooking. Let’s try to continue that going into Monday Night Football. I have a couple props. I have a prop ladder. I’ll give you my lean on the game. All I ask is for one thing. You hit that like button. Boom. Simple as that. Let’s dive into the plays. We’ll begin with the first one. Just the line I got to play. It’s Christian McCaffrey over 103 and a half rushing plus receiving yards. I’m playing it for a half unit. Not going too crazy on CMC. I don’t think it’s necessarily the best matchup in the world. Uh, but I do think this is just too low of a line for CMC. And heck, I’d be honest, I don’t know if I’ve ever seen a line this low. Typically CMC is in the 111, 120ish, somewhere in that category. feel like this line’s a tad too low after going under in two straight games against what I would consider not to be great matchups and games they were blowing out the other team the Browns and the Titans. Now they have a game against the Indianapolis Colts could be tight. I think that you’re going to see CMC be able to do pretty much everything. We know that he’s fully capable of doing that. He’s done a ton. I mean do I need to tell you how good CMC is? I don’t need to yap about this play too much. But if you look at CMC on the season, obviously he’s been really good. Although going under two straight got to say that. But you look on the season averaging 124 rushing receiving yards per game over in 10 of 14 games. Like the guy could get 100 rush yards, he could get 100 receiving yards. Just too many ways that he can go over this line. The Colts have been pretty good against running backs. I’ll give them credit there. But they really I mean CMC is like kind of an anomaly. Now they did limit Bejian Robinson at only 88 yards, but if you go back to that game, was it that Germany game? I think that’s where that one was. I mean Bejian and company his team got absolutely dominated by time and possession. And he also had his backup Tyler Algier steal 11 carries for 57 yards. I love Brian Robinson. He does not steal nearly half of that work. I mean, if the games are competitive, CMC is playing legit 80 plus% of snaps. I’ll take a chance. All takes is one big carry, one big reception, and he’s going to be there because he’s going to find a way to get at least 60 or 70. Comes down to can we get a big play. I’ll take a chance on CMC on Monday Night Football. My next play is actually going to be a prep ladder. It’s kind of an all or nothing play in my opinion. And the guy’s either going to go nuclear, I look like a genius, or he sucks. And you’re like, Austin, you are a bozo. And I’m willing to live with that cuz we’re going to back our man Alec Pierce. I’d like his overs. Now, I took his regular line, which is 19 and a half for just a quarter unit. Like I said, I’m not going too hard on Alec Pierce, but I did take the 40, 50, and 60. Now, you could argue maybe I am going a little hard taking 40, 50, and 60. I put the corresponding values. I’m pretty sure all of them were on DraftKings. And I put the units I put on each of them. 0.1 on the middle two, 005 on the big one. Uh, I don’t know how many units we could win if Alec Pierce goes for 60 plus, but we all know he’s fully capable. I want to say Pierce is a free agent this offseason. Don’t quote me on that, but he should be earning a big payday because he’s been arguably the best Colts wide receiver they’ve had this season. Don’t believe me? Let’s let’s pull up his numbers and we’ll head on over to Crafts Madness, a research tool I use every single day for the NBA, but we can use in the NFL as well. Now, like I said, Pierce has been great. His line sitting at around 20 and a half, 19 and a half on most books. Now, like I said, he’s been terrific, but do we really Why is his like Austin the guy’s over an 11 to 12? Why the hell is his line at 19 20 and a half? Well, it’s because last week, Philip Rivers company came in and he only had one reception for 16 yards. Now, it is worth noting Philip Rivers really didn’t throw the ball deep downfield. A really tough matchup. But what I do like, let’s talk about some positive signs. 100% of snaps. You don’t find that all too often. So, he’s out on the field every single play. And this is a much better matchup against the 49ers. You see 49ers 24th ranked in man, 19th in zone. They run a much more zone. But, I mean, this is a guy in Alec Pierce that’s absolutely dominating both coverage. He leads the Colts in both yards against man and yards versus zone. And he’s averaging over 20 yards per catch. I mean, if you were to just go to his longest reception, I mean, the fact this is 14 and a half, this feels kind of like a trap. But I mean, they have the line super low because Philip didn’t really throw the ball deep at all last week. But we’ve seen plenty of wide receivers have bigger games against the uh against this 49ers defense. I mean, like some no names in here are getting over 20 plus yards. I’ll trust Alec Pierce. I really think with another extra week of practice for Philip Rivers, feels like they got to stretch the field a little bit. I’m not asking for Philip Rivers to throw for 500 yards. Heck, if he threw for 150, Alec Pierce could easily get at least 20 of that. Maybe 30, 40, 50. Uh, but again, this is just too low of a line. I feel like they’re baking in here that I mean, I get why the line’s this low. I mean, Philip Rivers pass yards line is in like the what, 150, 160. Uh, but again, much better matchup. They’re in a dome. They have another extra week of practice for Philip Rivers plus an extra day given this is a Monday night. And they’re playing a much better matchup. And this could be a game they trailed. They didn’t really trail a ton in that Seahawks game. It was like back and forth. They get down by a touchdown or two in this one. They’re going to have no choice but to throw it. And Alec Pierce is the big play guy. He could hit that regular first line in one catch. He’s averaging 20 yards per catch. I think he could ladder it up even higher. I’ll take a chance on Alec Pierce. I think he get it done. I’m only risking.5 units. So, if he doesn’t come through, hopefully CMC does for a wash on the evening, but the line’s too low. I got to at least play it. The value should be there. Let’s hope he can deliver a pretty good game. Finally, I wrap up with our chalkboard slip. As I always say, chalkboard, one of the best daily fantasy apps out there. I don’t really know who else you would back in this game. Every time I back George KD, he doesn’t do anything. If I try to fade him, he’s already hit the over in the first half. Um I’m pretty sure Ricky Paw is out for this game as well. And then Jawan Jennings, like I I I’m triggered by Jawan Jennings. I’m betting him last year, final week of the season. I need like three yards and he gets ejected for fighting someone. He needed to hit an incentive for like a quarter of a million dollars and he just wants to get ejected. Don’t beats me.
