1. Herbert is the definition of an MVP… without him, this team does not even win 4 games this year.

2. People are constantly wax lyrical about Allen, having less to work with, carrying his team, dealing with injuries and his fans cry about MVP. Herbert deserves to get the same recognition. He’s as much of an MVP candidate as Allen is.

    Stafford has a good play caller in Mcvay, a O line, two top WRs in the game….. Herbert has none of those 😂

14. It’s funny hearing all the talking heads with confirmation bias saying that Stafford is the MVP. You put Stafford behind Herbert’s offensive line and he’d be retired by midseason

I know my Chargers are not a big popular franchise, just like the Jaguars, Panthers, etc…but lets keep it real: they finally have the GM Joe Ortiz (12x starting caliber players in 2x Drafts), Jim Harbaugh needs no introduction, and not only does Justin Herbert have the career stats up to now, but he is finally getting it done against all odds, so show some love and respect for the guy, please. Now, if this Chargers team is 11-4 so far this year with all the problems they have had, imagine them next year with another Draft class and a proper O-Line??? Never count out the underdog…and if there is anyone in the Media world that can continue to say that Herbert is just an average QB, they have no idea what they are talking about….2020 Draft, 5x starting QB's: Joe Burrow (Excellent but in a bad franchise, and injury problems), Tua Tagovailoa (thanks you Dolphins for picking him 5th overall and giving us Justin Herbert at 6th), Jordan Love (above Average in a very good franchise, but cannot carry the team when needed) and Jalen Hurts (just Average, but with a stellar surrounding cast around him). If I had to re-draft all these QB's, I would still take Justin Herbert above all else…

This Chargers team deserves some kindof award either Herbert MVP, Harbaugh coach of the year, or Jesse Minter defensive coordinator of the year week after week everyone expected them to crumble every sports analyst picked against them Eagles, Chiefs, Cowboys, everyone expected them to be 8-7 right now or worse and they just continue to play great football if they win their last 2 games they take the division over denver who have been on a 9 game winning streak and could even potentially end up with the number 1 seed in the AFC they are right uo there with the best teams despite the worst o line, RB #3 all year and Herbert with a broken hand recently. Pure toughness well coached ball club.
