With the schedule and injuries to the team this is extremely impressive
According to this sub, we should still fire the Head coach, goalie coach, trade away half the the team and give our 7th Dmen goon 25min TOI
That will help us get 1st in the league

I would have said tied at 7th but anyway
Currently on pace for 98 points
Even at our lowest point of the season thus far we were on an obvious and apparent upward trend that has been going since the rebuild started, both in the standings and roster-wise. And we’re doing this with crucial pieces injured and before making any major splash in free agency.
I’ll never understand why people here act like all is lost whenever the team loses a game 😭
While being the youngest team. This is amazing.
Colorado is in another world right now…
Honestly its mostly newer fans. We just need to get a healthy team into the playoffs. It could be worse it could be better, but just be glad we have a chance to make the playoffs. Newer fans dont remember the 2000s and what disappointment really looks like.

The Avalanches only lost TWO games?? Wtf
Pretty incredible with the sieve goaltending the team got for half the season so far and all the injuries. That hot start in October really helped. Which reminds me of the thread I made about getting those early wins to secure points.
They can probably cost to just under .600 and make the playoffs at this rate.
How have the Avalanche only lost 2 games in regulation? That’s crazy lol

Hi there, glass half empty fella here: 20th place is only 4 points behind us, has a game in hand, and beat us last night.
(I do think they’re having a decent season though and it’s a fun team to watch but we’re definitely not guaranteed playoffs by any means, I think it’ll come down to the last couple of games again.)
This is very nice to look at. I’m just stressed that half the division is like 3 points behind and everyone seems to want to make the playoffs except the Leafs.
