I’m not buying this “he gives us the best chance to win” stuff & if Ewers & Theo was lighting it up in practice they been would’ve got the call up. 26. Mike's not a head coach and he should be let go. Instead of Ross leading Miami back to the winningest franchise in all sports. He has cemented this organization into perennial losers. This organization would ruin any potential championship caliber QB with their disastrous personnel decisions.
