I would expect the aves to make no trades. A juggernaut if i’ve ever seen one.
I think the avs need depth. It’s probably too easy to overlook how fortunate they’ve been on the lack of injuries, particularly to the d core. I would love to see them get another Manson, Lindgren, etc shut down type.
Lol at down voters. You’ll hear exactly what I typed coming into the deadline. “Avs will want to add depth to the bottom 6 and d core.”
A moderately better 7th D would be my only “want” at this point for injury insurance.
Don’t think the 3rd line is weak enough to warrant parting with anything.
Also we have yet to see O’Connor this season as well. So maybe once he’s back in, we will get a feel for what our real healthy line up should be like.
Totally think we need a 4C and a 7th DMan. Drury should still be 3C IMO. But I’m also not a GM, nor the smartest but that’s kind of how I see it. Though maybe getting a 3C and leaving Drury is the option? The question is, who is being moved? It feels like Kivi is the odd man out.
We need a solid 3C.
I liked the
Landy-Nate-Necas line as well as the Lehky-Nelson-Val line.
3rd line is a mystery but 4th line of Kelly-Jack-LOC would be tenacious
