31. This guy and Ballard aren't a good fit for this team starting from the get go. Lack of team management can't even put a team together in a healthy and on a competitive level standpoint. Ballard never had an answer for this team for a QB position since Andrew Luck, I'm surprised he's still last this long. Shane is too young and lack of inexperienced decisions of making play calls which he can't even close out a winning game when we had a chance to win. Colts needs new management like Mike Vrabel who went from Tennessee to New England and still coaching at a highly level. If you can't put a team together starting from a qb position to the defense who's missing good players than something is not right….
