I know it’s not 2025 but still relevant to this year. Delmon young. Without him many of our great acquisitions wouldn’t be possible today.

Honestly, the best acquisition was a new owner. Not to bash Stu or give the new guy any credit for things he hasn’t done (yet). But Stu and the stadium are the two things that have been hanging over this franchise for a long time, and we resolved one of them

Probably Baker. Started out rough but really was nails for most of the time
My nomination is Danny Jansen. 5th highest bWAR on the 2025 roster (2.1), and 5th highest OPS for qualified hitters (.703). The Rays were 34-32 in games he started as catcher. After the trade, the Rays went 24-33.
