   Do the Ravens need real change, or is John Harbaugh still the guy?

10. EDC not firing harghbaugh most realistic thing will get is probably seeing zac orr get replaced and possibly monken but idk lamar had a mvp with him so he might get 1 more year before gets cut

12. I defend Harbaugh all of the time. And I do believe he is a very good football coach who will be out of a job for about 5 minutes if he is let go. He WILL be another teams head coach soon after. But when it comes to coaching DURING the game, he is just not very good. He is a bad game manager and has issues making in game adjustments. I don't hate the man. I don't like rooting for good men to lose their jobs. But at some point enough is enough and you have to make a change. He went from being one of the biggest overachievers as a young coach in his first 5-6 years to being one of the most underachieving coaches over the last 5-6. That much is undeniable.
    I just believe he is a very good coach 6 days a week and not so much on game day. The window is not closed but it is most certainly closing.

13. If we fire Harbs Zach and Todd It will be worth it missing playoffs. It’s the only way it’s gonna happen

14. I know what you're saying Ingraven, but I honestly expect to see an announcement of A 5 yr. contract extension for Harbs and Orr by Steve Bisciotti in the state of the Ravens presser.

16. You hit every nail on the head Ingraven… your point about experiments goes even further in depth based on the fact that he held onto the failures and he decided to bring the ship down with him.

    Who in their right mind would hold onto failed experiments and not utilize them as examples to catalyze change for the better!

    This season has quite literally been the definition of insanity. I’ve never seen someone want to be right more than they want to win.
