Huge overpay on Freddie’s part. That house ain’t worth 8 million dollars. I live in Encino and I’ll never understand why so many players choose to live here instead of South Pas or even San Marino.

Always wanted a home with a “butler kitchen”. Sounds nice

Worth it to not have to make that drive daily.
Thankfully he’ll losselate his recuperateses with a paygle singcheck.
The article says he wants to relocate to Orange County. Can’t really blame him, but that’s a long nasty commute every day to Dodger Stadium
Freddie’s corporation that owns the home took a loss. That’s a right off.
So that’s the freaky shower that ruined his ankle…interesting…

This slid in as r/dodgers “Weirdest common thread” of 2025
>Freeman’s home includes 4 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms
Half a bathroom?
He’s on a plane to Toronto as we speak
Peak offseason thread in here
Doesn’t Freddie have another house in OC?
R/baseball just thrilled Dodgers are losing at something.
As I get older, a quote from by Tyler Durden rings louder, “The things you own, end up owning you.”
I used to want to own a pool and a large garden, but the upkeep can be substantial. Anyone know what a roundabout monthly figure it is for maintenance of an infinity pool? Is it more than a normal pool?
Justin Turner and Joc Pederson also had houses in studio city, I used to see JT around but not so much anymore so I think he sold it or is not using it rn
I can’t let this stand, how could they fleece World Series hero Freddie freeman like that, don’t worry Freddie ooo get that milly back for you
Sold for 6.45 million Built only in 2022. Said it was too far to Commute to dodger stadium from that location .. if he’s just going to fn retire on us .. ha
Losing money on a house you bought like 3 years ago in this economy and in LA is crazy. My shitty little Midwest house I bought 4 years ago has practically doubled in value somehow.
If Yamamoto sold his house, he won’t be taking a loss on it, because it’s not an option.
Obviously I’m not a multi millionaire dodger but if I was I’d either be in Silver Lake / Los Feliz area where I can get incredible architecture and a quick drive over to the stadium or I’m dealing with the commute and living by the beach.

Holy echo chamber comment section😭😭
That’s still better than losing 50% off its original listing price like the [“the One”](https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2022/mar/04/mega-mansion-los-angeles-real-estate).
