2. I knew from McDaniels first season that he was not a “leader of men” type of coach. He didn’t demand respect and his players had no discipline and were never held accountable for their mistakes. Penalties were ignored. At an early season press conference, players were calling him Mike, in his presence. I could never see players calling Shula, Parcells, Ditka or Mike Shanahan by their first names. He was a nice guy and his players enjoyed the easy ride, but nice and easy doesn’t cut it in the NFL.

4. Great show. I've learned to appreciate your opinion even though I may disagree with it. You don't have an agenda when you make a report, you just give what you see as the issue without any Narrative that you're trying to enforce. It's not about you being right, it's about you looking at the landscape and making a commentary on what you see. I said a mean thing in the past about your opinion being worth 2 cents. I take that back and humbly apologize. It was mean and unnecessary and I wish to God that I never said it. I was just speaking out of emotion because I didn't like what I was hearing and I lashed out.

6. I am still extremely upset that we took Waddle over PSII who is the NUMBER ONE CB IN THE LEAGUE and the son of a former Dolphin who was really good. Waddle isn’t even worthy of a 1st round pick or a #1 WR position!

We need an established HC that understands the office side also. Let him ok the GM or bring in a GM that can get one of those coaches. Enough with the young to the position coaches. 25. What is usually the norm is for the new GM to be paired with a new HC of his choice and also new QB in this case. They don’t want the new GM to say well this wasn’t my choice of coach or QB. The irony is that McDaniel job was doomed because of the former GM fails. That may be his saving grace that he’ll be given a second chance working together with a new GM that’s aligned with his offense.

Side note: I understand the network tie-ins that the NFL has with national media outlets, but why is it that team news is always provided by them and not the so-called "juiced in" local media like Omar, Poupart, Hyde, Perkins, etc…? 43. I will disagree with you about Mike McDaniel I think he is a good coach. Not great, just good. And is hard to find his genius in the NFL. I also like what I see from Weaver the things that he was able to do with gum and paper clips and the secondary is just way underrated in my book he's gotten a lot more with a lot less and the fact that the young guys came around in the backfield came around even though they didn't have big names back there shows that this coaching staff is able to coach up their players. Now you can only do so much with the talent that you have and they don't have a lot of great talent on the team and who knew that tour would bottom out this year like he has what did Tyreek Hill and Daniels the guard will get hurt or losing your kicker for the whole season or you're starting right tackle being out for most of the season I'm sorry I just think that there's a lot of things that went haywire against the Dolphins and they didn't have the talent to overcome it so from that perspective I think make me Daniel did pretty well by holding this team together he is not looked upon as the kind of guy that you would run down a foxhole for but you haven't been in that locker room or in those interview rooms when they're going over what they did wrong what they did write or what they need to do to prepare for the next team the last game was just a combination of bad brakes that just snowballed and went out of control I hate when people judge people for things that are not in their control this is a good decision this is a bad decision based upon something that they had no idea what happened to criticize them for that is I'm going to try not to be rude but honestly it's just stupid clearly the Dolphins were not meant to be successful this year and sometimes those things are not controllable you have no control over what will be look at the Baltimore Ravens I don't think New England is really that good it just did get a lot of fortunate bounces and very little injuries that affect how well they play and I like the coache they have. And then there are some who criticized them for bringing in Zach Wilson who has like you said all the tools that you want from a quarterback because of what happened last year and then when we do take them because like you said we're not aware that or yours is going to be made available then he gets criticized because you just became available and therefore Zach Wilson is not the guy that you need this is not an exact science and just having a different GM is not going to change the fact that they're going to have things going to happen that you can't control Melissa Jim has a crystal ball he's just not going to always get it right it's going to blow up in your face from time to time and it just seems to happen to the Dolphins a lot more than other teams so maybe getting another person in here is going to change that. No‼️ There is something else in my opinion going on with this franchise that has more to do with.., let's just say, things that we have no control over. I believe you can bring in the best gm and coach in the history of the NFL and it was still turn out to be mid until the man upstairs allows us to be great. Unfortunately there's nothing we can do about that. Because if he be for you, who can be against you. But the opposite is also true if he be against you who can be for you.🤷‍♂️
    And for some reason that God seems to favor the Patriots🤷‍♂️
