Idk what it was but something about this email I got today ticked me off. I've been getting spammed by people trying to sell me season tickets for what feels like forever. I know this poor guy is just doing his job and said this was the last email, but I had to air out my frustration somewhere.

  1. I had one of their reps call me after a loss, and I kept them on the phone for a good 30 minutes articulating each individual reason why I will never buy season tickets as long as Bidwill owns the team. Not angrily, like you said it’s not their fault. But they asked me why I wasn’t interested, and I obliged.

  2. Totally fine. That said, I think it’ll fall on deaf ears because he’s never selling. If you actually asked for things that could happen, its possible it gets raised more. Like ask for Gannon and the staff to be fired, ask them to trade up and get a new qb or whatever. Gotta give the rep something to go back with and say “if we do X, then fans say they will buy again”

As it stands it is just “we lost them for good, nothing to be done”

  3. I did the same thing last week. Absolutely crazy the nerve the higher ups have to send out this bs.

  4. Man, I worked for a pro football team in Canada. Emails and calls like this sucked.

I actually appreciated this type of response then what i often got.

I’ll always feel for these reps.
