  3. Thought it would’ve got reduced to a game. But oh well, have to take care of business without him. Bills beat the browns with a good run game, hopefully we can do the same. Also think Thielen is still good at getting open

  6. Even though it sucks for the Steelers, a 2 game suspension for punching a fan is completely fair and it should be upheld.

    The Steelers will still want to keep him through his deal (most likely), so I don’t know how much the voided guarantees will matter. Still though, a completely moronic and costly mistake by DK.

  8. And the act and suspension voids the guaranteed portion of DKs contract. It’s an interesting option for the Steelers now, I think DK is a limited receiver who’s underperformed this year (but the offense has been up and down all year).

  13. Even without DK and Watt if we can’t beat a Sanders lead Browns team without Judkins, we don’t deserve to make the playoffs.

    I honestly have no faith in us to beat the Ravens week 18 if that game matters.

  21. I don’t care as long as the Steelers get in the playoffs anyways and the fan gets no money out of it. You can’t harass someone and get paid when they freak out.

  22. DK is a weapon and will be in the playoffs. Hes been integral to our success this year, regardless of his fuck up. We’re in good shape and I think this offense can make do while he is sitting out. Gainwell has been absolutely game changing. We will be okay.

  25. DK definitely deserves consequences for his actions, but I’d like to see some accountability for the fan AND the Lions/Ford Field.

    When that dude got drunk and fell into the field at PNC, there was an investigation as to how that happened. Ford Field should absolutely be undergoing some sort of review to determine why they let in a guy who already had a complaint against him from one of the visiting players.

    DK shouldn’t have reacted the way he did, but he also shouldn’t be in a position where he has to worry about some jackass antagonizing him every time he plays in Detroit.

  29. Should have cut it to one given the fan’s comments and clear intent and history. Lamar jackson pushes a fan and gets nothing earlier this season, right? One game seems right here.

  34. Man it’s kind of embarrassing how many people are defending DK here. It doesn’t matter what anyone says or does from the stands. He can’t go over there and grab that guy’s collar. That’s just not how the world works.

    I’m just hoping Green Bay wins so that the games he misses end up being meaningless. If we have to play Baltimore for the division without DK…

  37. As a professional athlete, you have to be able to not get baited by fans. I’m not sure why engaging with fans during a game is even a thing.

  38. Feel like 2 games is harsh especially considering the circumstances of the fans potential behavior and past. Feel bad about the guaranteed money too but he signed the contract

    Meanwhile Bob craft is swinging by another massage parlor with a trunk full of other team’s practice videos. 

  43. This is extreme from a monetary standpoint. People don’t lose 500k for half heartedly jabbing someone with an open palm, and missing.
